With its very delicate pale pink color, this wine is visually appealing. It has aromas of white cherry blossoms, citrus, and white fruits such as peach and pear. The history of CLOS PEYRASSOL dates back to the 13th century when it was founded by the Knights Templar. The vineyard covers an area of about 850 hectares, of which 92 hectares are dedicated to grape cultivation. Located on the lower slopes of the Massif des Maures at an altitude of 330 meters, the vineyard benefits from a typical Mediterranean climate with good temperature variations between night and day, preserving the potential of the grapes.
